WHY I STARTED BLOGGING?

Hear It From Me!

What is it that fuels you? For me, it’s One Stop Athletic Therapy. I love writing about my passions, what interests me, what interests others, and sharing all of my thoughts with my readers.

One Stop Athletic Therapy is truly my own little passion project! I wanted to reach people through a different outlet other than social media and branch into my creative outlet more. I wanted to share my story because storytelling, 

makes what I have to offer matter to other people.

She has held prominent research positions at Emory Sports Medicine and the NBA Hawks Center in Atlanta, GA, as well as serving on the national network of healthcare providers for U.S. Figure Skating.
